CAEPA is a women-led and focused rights organization. Women constitute 92% of the organization who serves at the Board of Directors and Management levels. Furthermore, the constituency that is served by CAEPA is composed of almost entirely women.

Vision: An enabling environment that promotes the equal participation of vulnerable and marginalized women and girls in the socio-economic development of their communities in North-West and South-West Cameroon.

Mission: Vulnerable and marginalized women and girls have equal access to resources for sustainable development within communities that uphold their dignity and well-being in North-West and South-West Cameroon.
